IFP councillor killed in KZN car crash

The IFP have expressed shock at the death of one of its members, Joseph Muziwenhlanhla Ntshaba, in a car accident.
Ntshaba, 46, a former IFP mayor of Mtshezi, was killed in a car crash near Weenen last night.
He was a member of the Uthukela district executive at the time of his death.
"It is indeed tragic that during this festive season yet another family is left devastated by the loss of a loved one," Inkatha Freedom Party national chairperson Blessed Gwala said in a statement.

Ntshaba had recently returned from a study trip to China, which was related to his duties as chairperson of the infrastructure portfolio committee in the KwaZulu-Natal legislature.
"On behalf of His Royal Highness Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, President of the IFP, and members of the national executive committee, I convey heartfelt condolences to the Ntshaba family, friends and the IFP leadership in Mtshezi. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all," Gwala said.
