One of the four men accused of killing a northern KwaZulu-Natal municipal manager has abandoned his bail application.

The accused appeared at the Ezakheni Magistrate's Court yesterday.
He and three others stand accused of murdering Indaka municipal manager Sinatra Khumalo.
The 53-year-old was killed in July.
The National Prosecuting Authority's Natasha Ramkisson-Kara says the matter has been postponed to next week.
''All accused are currently in custody and the matter was adjourned to January 5 for further investigation,'' he said.
