'I feel it's a right to vote': South Coast resident
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
Dozens of early birds are streaming into the Port Shepstone Civic Centre on KwaZulu-Natal's south coast, to have their say in the provincial and national elections.
More than 2500 people have registered there.
Newswatch caught up with Patrick Steven - who just made his mark.
"We're concerned with the crime in the country, the unemployment of the youth - that's actually leading them to drugs and alcohol," Steven said.
One woman says it's an important day for everyone eligible to vote.
