The SA Weather Service issued several warnings for disruptive rain in parts of the province this week.

Forecaster Ayanda Nsele says the heavy rains have subsided for now.

"We don't have any alerts. At the moment we have 30% chance of light rain over the eastern parts of the province and then clearing up from late morning but will remain partly cloudy throughout the day."
