Home Affairs extends office hours for voter registration
Updated | By Noxolo Miya
Offices of the Department of Home Affairs will
stay open a little longer on Friday to accommodate those who need to get their
documents in order before the IEC's final voter registration
weekend.

If you need to fetch your ID, or apply for one, you can do so at a Home Affairs branch until 18:00.
"We encourage clients who have applied for identification documents, and have been waiting for three weeks or more, to sieze this opportunity by visiting their Home Affairs office to collect these critical documents, said the department's Siya Qoza.
He has encouraged young people to come through to make their applications for their IDs.
