High Court grants Clicks interim interdict against EFF
Health and beauty retailer Clicks has been granted an interim interdict to prevent the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) from intimidating and threatening any of its workers and customers.
The High Court application was brought by Clicks on Monday night.
The court has ordered the EFF not to intimidate or threaten any employees or customers at any of Clicks’ shops.
It is also not allowed to incite violence against the retailer’s commercial operations.

Earlier on Monday, the High Court dismissed Clicks' application which sought to prevent EFF members from proceeding with protests at its various outlets.
EFF members shut down over 400 Clicks stores across the country on Monday.
It is angry after an advert on the company's website depicted black people's hair as "dry and dull" while white people's hair was depicted as "normal".
