Hawks want witnesses in Durban bomb scares

Witnesses and those with information on the recent string of bomb scares and threats in Durban are being asked to come forward.
Several devices have been found in and around the city since Thursday.
In the latest incident, a device is believed to have been detonated by the Bomb Squad at the Wentworth Spar, south of Durban.
Hawks spokesperson, Hangwani Malaudzi says they received the case dockets on Monday.

"We want to make a plea to communities - we know this is a sensitive issue. We ask that they should not panic. We are trying by all means to make sure that we deal with the matter as soon as possible.
"Hopefully, we will be able to have the suspects behind bars," he said.
