Girl falls to her death in Durban CBD

Officials say she fell from the fourth floor window of a building at the corner of Carlisle and Dr Yusuf Dadoo Streets.

It is understood the child had been here on holiday.

Police spokesperson Thulani Zwane says a case of inquest has been opened at Durban Central SAPS for further investigations.

"At this stage it is not clear what caused her to fall from the building," he said.
