George: Another survivor found in rubble of collapsed building
Authorities in the Western Cape say a survivor has been located in the collapsed George Building.
The man who has yet to be identified is in contact with emergency teams.
" We are putting in a camera in there with a light and we are asking him if he can see the light. He is in contact with us, we don't know what hos condition is so we are full of hope that are going to recover him alive."

The Southern Cape building was under construction when it collapsed on Monday, trapping 81 workers under the rubble.
The death toll currently stands at 13 with 28 people injured and 39 others still trapped in the wreckage.
Police say they've begun a probe into the tragedy.
