KwaZulu-Natal paramedics are on the scene of a multi-vehicle pile up on the M7, before the Bluff.
Rescue Care's Garrith Jamieson says they're treating a number of injured people at the scene, near South Coast Road.
More than 10 vehicles have been involved in the collision.
