Four arrested for Sweetwaters tavern shooting

Police in KwaZulu-Natal have confirmed the arrests of four people in connection with the deadly tavern shooting in Pietermaritzburg's Sweetwaters area.

The group is due to line up in court later on Wednesday.
The patrons were killed earlier this month when two gunmen opened fire after storming the establishment.
Eight others were wounded in the attack.

Last week, police detained two men for questioning before releasing them.
The tavern's operating licence has since been suspended.
