KZN NPA spokesperson Natasha Kara says the company was not entitled to receive payments from the Health Department, as it had not rendered any services.
She says the company was paid anyway.
"The offences took place between the year 2000 and 2001 when one of them was the acting finance manger at Grey's Hospital. They were released on bail of R10 000 each and the matter was adjourned to 01 September 2022."
