Foetus recovered in Reservoir Hills

The discovery was made by contractors who were working to unblock a drain - near Winchester Drive.  

The team of contractors that found the foetus say they are shocked by the discovery.

One worker has told Newswatch they were called out to look at a blocked drain at a commune which is situated right next to a motel. 

He says because the two establishments are busy - they thought it best to investigate from a pipeline which runs between the two properties. 

The worker says they began applying pressure to force flush the pipeline - the body came out.

They alerted the motel's security guards who then called authorities. Police are still her at the scene.
