WATCH: Family wants bail denied in Miguel Louw case
Updated | By Bernadette Wolhuter
Friends and family of missing Miguel Louw, and the Sydenham community, have gathered outside the Durban Magistrate’s Court ahead of the man accused of abducting the boy’s appearance in the dock today.

Ten-year-old, Miguel disappeared from outside Rippon Primary School in Sydenham more than a month ago.
The accused - whose identity the court has ordered be withheld for now - was arrested just days after.
Little Miguel is still missing.

His grandmother, Arlene Paul says they don’t want the accused to be released on bail until the boy is found.
"We actually and truly don't want him to get bail. He's got to stay inside until he talks - where my grandchild Miguel is. The community is all there in rage about no bail today. We want him to talk," Paul said.
Meanwhile, information that led police to Port Shepstone, on KZN's south coast, last week has proven to be false following an extensive police search.
