Kwadukuza ward councillor says the family of a seven-year-old boy is devastated
by his murder.

The young boy’s mutilated remains were found days after he went missing.
Philasande Shange was last seen playing with other children in Ntshawini last week Thursday.
His mutilated body parts were found in the area on Sunday.

A family member says they received an anonymous tip-off via SMS saying where to find the seven-year-old.
The area's ward councillor Virginia Mwandla says the boy’s family are not taking this situation well.
"It is very bad.. The family is not happy at all. The family is feeling unsafe because the perpetrator has not being caught and they don't even want to talk about it. They aren't coping at all because the whole body has not been found."
