Eskom updates load shedding plan
Stage 2 of the rolling power cuts was implemented on Tuesday morning and will continue until 4pm.
Stage 3 will then be implemented until 5 in the morning, followed again by stage 2.
This pattern will continue until further notice.

The utility says it's introduced the changes due to the imminent forced shutdown of two generating units this morning.
"Eskom will monitor the system and communicate should any significant changes occur," says Crisis Communication Manager Menzi Mngomezulu.
