The EFF has welcomed the decision taken by Parliament's programming committee to debate the Phala Phala report next month.
The independent panel looking into whether President Cyril Ramaphosa has a case to answer is expected to submit its report on the 30 November after the chairperson's request for an extension was granted.
The debate will take place about a week later on 6 December.

Among other things, the president is accused of covering up the theft of foreign currency at his Limpopo farm in 2020.
He has denied any criminal wrongdoing.
"The misuse of state resources has failed dismally and it has failed dismally due to the efforts of the Economic Freedom Fighters and principled opposition parties who refused to allow justice to be delayed to suit Ramaphosa's political aspirations," says EFF's Leigh-Ann Mathys.
