EFF wants to double its numbers at this year's polls

With the 2019 elections just around the corner, the EFF says it is confident it will double its numbers at the polls.
In the first general election the party participated in in 2014, the EFF secured just over 1-million votes.
Speaking in Durban today, the party's Marshall Dlamini said, with KwaZulu-Natal being a key province, they anticipate an impressive result here as well.

He says they have been working to retain the votes the party has previously received.Meanwhile, polling stations across the country will open between 8am and 5pm tomorrow and Sunday for the IEC's final voter registration drive.

South African citizens over the age of 16-years can register to vote, but only those over 18-years can participate in the elections.

People wanting to register this weekend must take their bar-coded ID book, smart ID card or temporary ID certificate with them to their nearest polling station.Show's Stories
