Minister Angie Motshekga has told a class of matric pupils in Pretoria
that she believes educated men won’t rape.

Motshekga was speaking at the Nellmapius Secondary School, east of the city, on Monday.
She visited the school to mark the reopening of public schools across the country.
“This government has prioritised education because it knows that it is only through education that we can deal with some of our challenges that are here,” Motshekga told pupils.
