Student leaders say they will continue with their action until something is done.

He is in ICU.

The attack prompted students to call for tighter security on campuses.

Student leaders say they will continue with their action until something is done.

They claim it is not only Ndlovu who has been attacked.

Spokesperson for the university, Alan Khan says DUT is looking into the issues raised.

"Management met with the SRC this morning to address the issues they had raised in their memorandum, this included campus security and the insourcing of workers," said Khan.

Discussions are expected to continue.

Police said earlier in the week that a case of attempted murder was registered at Berea Saps.
