DUT moves registration to online after EFF stage walk-in
Updated | By Gcinokuhle Malinga
The Durban University of Technology (DUT) says there will be no in-person interactions during campus registrations.

It's moving the process online after the EFF Student Command led dozens of people to the Steve Biko Campus to register as walk-ins.
According to a statement by the DUT, the Council had promised the 200 or so prospective students a place at the university.
They apparently tried to force their way in on Tuesday to complete the registration process.
But campus security prevented the group from entering.
No injuries were reported.
The news comes after the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) moved its registrations for 2022 online.
The Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) has encouraged all prospective students to register online as well.
