Durban's southern suburbs face water interruption
eThekwini technicians are working to resolve a water interruption affecting areas south of Durban.
The municipality says affected areas include: Prospecton, Isipingo Hills, Athlone Park, Amanzimtoti, KwaMakhutha, Folweni, and Ezimbokodweni.

Officials say a technical fault has halted supply to the areas. The pumping system is reportedly malfunctioning.
They say crews are working around the clock to restore supply as soon as possible.
Water tankers have been dispatched to affected areas as an interim solution to the problem.
