Durban, south coast residents told to brace for gale force winds

Residents along the KZN south coast and Durban are being told to brace for an extremely windy Monday morning, with rough seas as well.
The South African Weather Service says near gale force winds are expected between Ugu and eThekwini Municipality.
Forecaster Ayanda Ntsele says those areas will also experience gale force gusts of up to 74km per hour.

Meanwhile, huge waves are set to lash beaches between Port Edward and Durban.
"We also have a yellow level 4 warning for waves along the coastline, the entire KZN coastline between Port Edward up to Kosi Bay we are expecting waves between four to six meters.
