Durban residents come out to cheer Springboks

The Springboks moved through the streets of Umlanga on Saturday morning, cheered on by thousands of excited supporters.

The Rugby World Cup champions arrived in Umhlanga, north of Durban, for the start of the KZN leg of their victory tour.

The Boks are showing off the Web Ellis trophy after winning the Rugby World Cup for a record-breaking fourth time.
Players could be seen standing on top of their bus, holding up the famous trophy and waving to supporters.
The tour is expected to move through Umhlanga into the north of Durban and end in the city centre.
East Coast Radio’s Darren Maule and Carmen Reddy were on a bus with the Springboks and said that thousands lined the streets outside the Garden Court Hotel to catch a glimpse of their heroes.
