Durban-London direct flights to facilitate trade, commerce

British Airways is confident its news direct flight between Durban and London will help improve trade and commerce.
BA's Paolo De Renzis told reporters in Umhlanga, north Durban earlier in the week that introducing the new route was an obvious choice.
The first flight between Heathrow and King Shaka International Airport landed on the east coast on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, KZN MEC for Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs, Sihle Zikalala said tourism was also a driving factor.
