Durban-based pastor due back in court next month

The case against the controversial Durban-based Nigerian pastor facing sexual assault charges has been postponed until the end of next month.

The 58-year-old's legal council will bring a new application for bail, based on what they are calling new facts.
The pastor is now being represented by a Gauteng law firm.
He also faces charges related to human trafficking.

During his previous court appearance on Friday, his attorney James Riley had requested that he appear on camera from St Albans Correctional Services.
He will remain in custody, after his first bail application was refused last month.
The pastor is due back in court on the 30th of August.
