'Drug-dealing' teen stabbed to death outside Umlazi school

Police in KwaZulu-Natal are on the hunt for an unknown suspect who stabbed an 18-year-old pupil to death.

The incident happened outside a school in Umlazi, south of Durban on Monday.
The victim is said to have been recently expelled from Ekwazini High School for allegedly dealing with drugs.

"The suspect fled the scene on foot," says KZN police spokesperson Thenjiswa Ngcobo.
"The motive the killing is unknown. A case of murder was opened at Umlazi police station for investigation."
