A man, trapped in a vehicle for an hour after a double-truck collision in Chatsworth, has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

One vehicle rear-ended the other on the M1 Higginson Highway near Havenside on Tuesday morning.
ALS Paramedics spokesperson Garrith Jamieson says firefighters worked carefully to free the second driver trapped in the crushed cabin.
"Immediately, the Netcare 911 rescue unit, together with the Durban Fire Department, were contacted to assist with the rescue.
"Advanced life support paramedics worked to stabilise the man and the vehicle whilst the fire department and Netcare 911 used the jars of life and other hydraulic equipment to free the man.
"The driver sustained serious injuries and was transported through to a nearby hospital."
