Updated | By Bernadette Wicks
KZN Education MEC Mthandeni Dlungwana has given a high-level departmental team of officials a week to probe claims of sexual misconduct at a school in the Drakensberg.
Dlungwana visited Amazizi High School in Bergville this morning.
This after receiving reports a teacher there has allegedly been having sexual relationships with his pupils.

"In terms of the information that we have gathered here - it seems as if the school is not aware of anything. I've therefore appointed a high level investigating team to investigate. We've got tapes of the learner and parent and I've instructed the team," Dlungwana said.
Dlungwana says he is expecting an investigation report in a week's time.
