Damages to vehicles in Pinetown fire could cost millions
Updated | By Bernadette Wolhuter
The owner of a local construction company whose vehicles and trailers were torched on Tuesday night, says the damage could amount to as much as R10-million.

The police's Thembeka Mbhele says four armed men allegedly stormed a construction site and tied up the security guard on duty.
They then set fire to a number of vehicles before fleeing the scene.
Pinetown police are investigating a case of malicious damage to property. Chapps Construction's Gavin Naidoo says a total of nine vehicles were burnt.
"We had four Mercedes Benz trucks, two excavators, and two [TLtralerscVs]. There's quite extensive damage and they've been burnt to the ground. The replacement value could be close to R10-million," Naidoo said.
