Culpable homicide probe into Bluff worker's death
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
KwaZulu-Natal police have opened a case of culpable homicide after a municipal worker was electrocuted, and then hit by a vehicle on the Bluff.
It's understood the man had been working with electrical cables yesterday, when he was shocked and fell of his ladder.
The police's Nqobile Gwala says he was then knocked while crossing the road.
"It is alleged that yesterday at 11.50pm, a 41-year-old man alighted from a stationery truck that was parked on the side of the road when he was struck by a vehicle. The circumstances surrounding the vehicle are still being investigated."
