Court to hear #KessieNair's bail bid
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
A Durban man who filmed himself using the K-word, when referring to the president, heads back to court tomorrow for his formal bail application.

Members of the Hawks arrested Kessie Nair at his home in Phoenix last week, after he uploaded the video onto Facebook in which he accused Cyril Ramaphosa of fraud and high treason.
Nair faces seven charges of crimen injuria.
Hawks spokesperson, Hangwani Malaudzi says the case was moved over to them a week ago.
"[The case] involves the president of the country. Anything that involves the president - is our mandate to make sure it's investigated. It's a crime against the state. Therefore, we are now involved in the case," Malaudzi said.
Speaking to Newswatch last week, Nair issued an apology saying he retracts the derogatory comments.
