Cool, wet weekend on the cards for KZN

Temperatures are expected to drop this weekend, as a cold front moves towards the province from the Western Cape.
The South African Weather Service says temperatures are expected to drop at most stations across the province from tomorrow, with some snow expected on the Drakensberg mountains on Saturday and Sunday.

On Saturday, a maximum temperature of 20 degrees is expected in Durban. Richards Bay will reach a high of 23. Pietermaritzburg is in for a cool day at just 18 degrees.

There is a 60 percent chance of rain over most of the province tomorrow morning. Showers and thundershowers are also expected in the evening.
