Cogta pleads for release of kidnapped Ezingolweni traditional leader

Cogta is appealing for the release of a 60-year-old traditional council leader from KZN's Ezingolweni area.

Makhosandile Ngcobo kidnapped at gunpoint from his home on Monday.
Spokesperson Senzelwe Mzila says they're pleading for help from the community.

"MEC Hlomuka has expressed his concerns about this incident and called for members of the community to come forward with any information that might assist in ensuring a safe return of Ibamba and lead to the apprehension of those responsible for the kidnapping.
Ngcobo leads the Qiniselani Manyuswa Traditional Council under the Ray Nkonyeni local municipality.
