Child among four killed in N3 crash near Bergville
Four people have died - including a child - when the vehicle they were travelling in overturned on the N3, near the Bergville Toll Plaza.
Five others were were injured, in the early morning crash.
Emergency services say upon arriving on scene, they found that passengers had been ejected from the vehicle.
ER24 medics say the people had already succumbed to their injuries.
Five others - who have been identified as members of the same family on their way to Johannesburg - were treated on the scene for various injuries and taken to a Ladysmith hospital for further care.
An investigation is ongoing into the crash.
