Civic activist, Yusuf Abramjee, handed copies of the Facebook profile and screen-shots of the post to police.

Abramjee laid the charges against the Facebook user at a police station in Pretoria - saying the comments incite violence and hatred.
"We've opened charges of incitement of violence, intimidation and hate speech. We want this man to be brought to book. There is no place in SA for this type of behavour where people go openly and publically and say they're going to murder and to rape. Many people from other parts of the country have also opened criminal charges," he said.
Abramjee says it's believed that Mcambi is from Durban.
