KZN police won't confirm nor deny if Bongekile Simelane is facing a fresh charge of common assault.
Media reports suggest Simelane, known as Babes Wodumo, is among four women charged in relation to the incident earlier this week.
KZN police spokesperson, Jay Naicker has however confirmed a case has been opened at Umbilo Police Station.
"A common assault case was opened at Umbilo Station on Tuesday evening. The complainant in that matter alleges that on Monday evening she attended a gathering at a guesthouse in the Umbilo area where she was assaulted by four women - three of whom are known to her.
