Updated | By Lauren Beukes
Durban police are appealing for any witnesses to a deadly Umgeni Road drag racing collision to come forward.
Three people were injured, one of them critically, when two cars crashed at high speed during the incident two-and-a-half weeks ago.
Videos posted online show one of the cars spinning around a traffic circle when it suddenly collides with another speeding vehicle, before ploughing into a crowd.
KZN police spokesperson Thembeka Mbele says a case of culpable homicide is being investigated after one of the injured victims died in hospital.
