The case against two men accused of murdering five initiates in North West has been postponed to March for further investigations.
The duo appeared in the Lehurutshe Magistrate’s Court on Friday.
Obakeng Segwabe (19) and 21-year-old Olebogeng Mafora were arrested after five decomposed bodies were discovered near Mosweu village during the festive season.
"The state awaits DNA test results in order to identify the bodies of the five initiates who were allegedly starved and bitten to death by the two accused," said the NPA's spokesperson in North West Henry Mamothame.

"They will remain in police custody until their matter is concluded, since they opted to abandon their bail application.
Meanwhile, a third suspect linked to this case, Koketso Mmutlane, will appear in court next Friday.
Mmutlane allegedly influenced the two suspects to lie about the legality of the initiation school.
He is charged with defeating the ends of justice and is currently out of prison on a warning.
