Netcare911's Nick Dollman says some who were aboard the private vessel are foreign nationals.
"Reports from the scene suggest that while negotiating the waves on returning to shore, the boat has capsized. Eight French nationals are amongst the ten people on board the boat. All the passengers and crew had been triaged and assessed on scene. Three were transported by various services to hospitals for further care," he says.
