Updated | By Sibahle Motha
If you're planning on travelling outside KZN, temperatures on the western parts of the country are expected to drop to below freezing from Sunday.
The cold front is expected to make landfall in the Western Cape on Sunday morning.
Forecaster Wayne Venter says the cold front will bring some rain as well as snow in parts of the Cape.
"We are expecting a good amount of snow fall in some places on the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and the southern parts of the Northern Cape," says Venter.

As the cold front moves through the interior, Gauteng residents can expect temperatures to drop well below zero.
"The cold temperatures will move into the interior mainly on Sunday evening into Monday morning and that will affect Gauteng.
"There is definitely cooler weather from Sunday into Monday for most parts of the country."
