Updated | By Lauren Beukes
The brother-in-law of a Ballito man whose body was found on Monday morning says he has lost his best friend.
Ryan Leach (31) got into difficulty while he was out riding his motorbike on Sunday afternoon.
His brother-in-law Schalk Kleyn says he was an amazing and loving father and husband.
Kleyn says Leach had just got into riding.
He says they had planned on biking together in the future.
He says he last made contact with Leach - when he called for help and sent him a pin of his location.

"I came down and arrived here. I was alone and jumped on a bike. I drove where the location was, and I found his bike - rode up and down for like an hour or so. I called a friend, he helped and we started putting it on the groups.
"The whole biking community, most of everyone, got together. IPSS Rescue was here. We had people from all over – non-biking communities rocking up to help search."
Kleyn says they stopped the search because of the rain.
They resumed on Monday morning and his body was found not far from where the bike was.
Leach was a father to two young girls aged one and eight.
