Bail application underway for Chatsworth father accused of rape
The bail application of the 50-year-old man charged with raping his nine-year-old daughter is expected to get underway shortly.
The man was arrested earlier this month - and has already appeared briefly in the Chatsworth Magistrate's Court.

Community members who had gathered at the court hurled insults hurled at the accused when he was led back down to the holding cells.
The State says another charge is due to be added the the rape charge that he already faces.
The accused has also changed his defence - and is now being represented by legal aid.
Concerned community members who have gathered outside the courthouse are calling for him to be denied bail.
