The baby Siwaphiwe case has been postponed yet again.

The child’s mother, Sibongile Mambo, and her lover, Phumlani Mbokazi, made another appearance in the Durban Magistrate Court today.
They are facing charges of fraud and defeating the ends of charges for allegedly staging a false hijacking incident involving the baby who was a month old at the time.
Mbokazi and Mbambo stood quietly with their heads bowed before Magistrate Mohammed Motala in a packed court 10.

The state's Kuveshni Pillay explained to the court that the matter would have to be postponed to allow the state to furnish all documents relating to the case to the defence.
Pillay did however indicate that the investigation is complete.
She requested that the matter be back in court next month. The defence did not object to this.
Magistrate Motala then ruled the matter will resume on the 18 of August.
