ATF considering legal action over foreign truckers
Updated | By Gcinokuhle Malinga
The All Truck Drivers Foundation has vowed to continue with
strike action until its concerns over the employment of foreign national
drivers are addressed.

"We will never sit back we will keep fighting until there are no foreigners. We do apologise to the employers who are affected who employ 100 percent South Africans," says Sifiso Nyathi.
The row over the hiring of foreigners saw some drivers - associated with the foundation - park their vehicles on the busy N3 in the Free State - blocking access to vehicles on both sides between Warden and Villiers.
Nyathi says there've been small improvements since 2018 when they first raised the issue.
