The hearings heated up this week, when two former employees corroborated some of Angelo Agrizzi's explosive testimony.

Deputy Chief Justice, Raymond Zondo said yesterday that the former COO could be called back by the Commission after implicating public officials like Environmental Affairs Minister, Nomvula Mokonyane, as well as former president Jacob Zuma in dealings of bribery and corruption.

Zondo says all evidence brought before the Commission will be tested thoroughly.

"One of the letters that we have received says that there is no guarantee that the Commission would recall Mr. Agrizzi once he has finished his evidence. Mr. Agrizzi himself indicated his continued preparedness to come back. So people must know that the Commission will make sure that their rights are not infringed in terms of those rules," Zondo said.

Meanwhile former Bosasa employee, Frans Vorster told the Commission yesterday that the company set up a call center at its offices in 2014, for 20 ANC volunteers to prepare for national elections.

Vorster says a subsidiary of Bosasa handled the costs for the ANC election call centre.
