An audio clip was played earlier - in which Agrizzi is heard repeatedly using the K-word to refer to some of the black executives at Bosasa.

The conversation was recorded during a meeting at his house.

Evidence leader, Paul Pretorius asked him about his remarks.

But Agrizzi has denied his decision to testify before the commission was motivated by racism.

"My answer to that is Chair, work off the facts please. Let other people see and other whistleblowers see that you work with the facts. I made a big mistake. I shamed my family.

"My kids couldn't even go to university, they had to work from home. I'm paying the price for it, don't you worry. What I'm saying is I don't see how somebody can say that I'm racist when I'm pointing out the facts," Agrizzi said.
