The family of Tongaat teenager, Andile 'Bobo' Mbuthu has been left frustrated by another delay in his murder case.

The Verulam Magistrate's Court postponed judgement on Tuesday in the bail application of the six men accused of murdering the 16-year-old in May.
Officials raised safety concerns after some court officials tested positive for COVID-19.
The six men are accused of kidnapping and killing Mbuthu.

A seventh suspect who's a minor has abandoned his bid for bail.
"This matter has been prolonging for such a long period of time, however, the matter is this in the process of a bail but there is nothing we can do because of this COVID-19 issue," says Mbuthu's uncle, Ntobeko Ngidi.
"It is very disturbing and it is very interruptive. We will wait for another date as the matter has since been postponed. As family, we need to be patient on the other hand, even though it hurts."
