The ANC will lose the youth vote: analyst

Political analyst, Imraan Buccus, feels that younger people will increasingly look for other political alternatives.
Buccus has been commenting - following the ruling party's 105th anniversary celebrations at the weekend.
President Zuma addressed supporters and party members at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto. In his keynote address - Zuma emphasised the importance of placing South Africa ahead of party politics.

Buccus says despite President Jacob Zuma’s efforts to win back support during his speech marking the party's 105th anniversary yesterday, current power brokers have not shown any interest.
"The ANC is bleeding - literally and ideologically. Left, right and centre. The ruling party has to be really careful that the liberation dividend may soon be exhausted. The romance of the liberation is wearing out," he said.
