ANC likely to lead in 2019 general elections: study

A new survey shows the ANC on course to come out on top in next year's general elections.
The survey was conducted by research company, IPSOS with 300 respondents.
It's Pulse Of The People Study shows the ANC earns 60% of votes, followed by the DA with 13% and the EFF at 7%.

The research agency's Antonia Squire says Cyril Ramaphosa has restored some confidence upon taking over as the country's new leader.
"These are actually expected results. With the other parties, we expect to see the IFP getting 1% of the vote on the national and the provincial ballot. We see the Freedom Front Plus being 1% on the provincial ballot," Squire said.
